I was high on life today. I got see my best friend and travelled with him to Amsterdam to see San Holo. His favourite artist. I was happy to be experiencing something new. Lots of hugs and love that night. Time flew by. When's the next one?!

My sister's cat Ollie got sick. I paid him a visit while my sister was with her boyfriend. Here he is sleeping soundly.

Yesterday was my birthday. I'm 36 now. I spent it with my cousin and her kids. We ate delicious cake and talked a lot. I received a gorgeous handcrafted art piece from Liva (7) 🥹

My sweet baby boy Gus has been sleeping in my arms a lot. I have been feeling anxious a lot but if I focus deeply on my breathing and pet Gus I feel okay.

The Erasmus bridge was undergoing some construction work that day. I got to run where cars usually drive. It was super fun! The group and I ran 11KM. That's insane progress because on August 8th I ran my first 5K in forever. I think the last time I managed to run 5K was back in 2022 and the last time I managed to run 10K was in god knows how long. I'm aiming for 15 this month.

I started the day watching old feel-good movies at 1am.

Then a series on SkyShowTime called Foodie Love about two people falling in love. It's tender and mysterious. They have an odd chemistry on screen, but captivating enough to keep watching. They bond over their love of food. It's endearing.

Today I cleaned the house and watched silly feel-good romcoms. I vibed to Summer songs and enjoyed the warm embrace of the sun. I meditated for an hour.

Apparently it was International Cat day yesterday, so let me introduce you to mine.
